After many years in this career, I decided to take a step forward to be able to help and impact positively the lives of more elders and their families. I have listened to my clients and their loved ones, time after time, express how hard it is to find quality and compassionate care. When I started this career path, I thought that the quality of care that I was giving to my clients was the norm, but soon after came to the sad reality that it wasn't the case at all. The waking call came when I started to participate in the process of interviewing and hiring caregivers for some of my clients, then I witnessed how hard it is to find dedicated individuals with the right personality required for this difficult but rewarding job. I wanted to be able to assist my clients 24/7 and take care of every detail to make sure that they were receiving the excellent service that they deserved but being a sole individual didn't allow me to be able to accomplish this, as much as I wanted to. Also, over the years, there were many cases that I couldn't accept for the same reason of being a sole individual. So the only solution I found to this predicament that would allow me to be of more help to our senior citizens in need of care was to create an LLC. By creating Silver Lining Senior Care Solutions, my goal is to be able to connect clients and their families with caregivers who share the same values and work ethic that I do. During this journey, I have met and surrounded myself with excellent caregivers and human beings, compassionate, empathetic, loving, and caring, who inspired the company motto, "Caring Hands, Compassionate Hearts." I know how difficult it is for the clients and their loved ones when it is time to seek assistance and make the decision to let a total stranger into their lives and homes. I want to help ease the transition into this new stage by at least giving you the peace of mind that you or your loved one are going to be cared for with dignity, love, and respect. I want us to be a silver lining during this complicated time.
